Not only does our assisted living community provide your loved one with the assistance they need, but it provides them with a community and support system as well.
Our life enrichment program is specifically designed to engage our residents’ social, emotional, and physical well-being. Our monthly life enrichment calendar includes activities tailored specifically to our residents’ interests and abilities. Regularly scheduled activities include exercise classes, arts and crafts, pet therapy, a variety of games, local outings, gardening, and live musical entertainment. There is something for everyone to enjoy!
Our plans of care at Shore Pines Senior Living Community are customized to each resident’s service needs while maintaining the highest levels of choice, dignity, independence, privacy, respect, and individuality possible.
Our staff works directly with residents, family members, and physicians to conduct an evaluation prior to move in and develop a personalized Plan of Care. Family care conferences are held regularly to assure that when resident’s needs change, their Personal Plan of Care is adjusted accordingly.
Some or all of the services listed below will be provided in the Personal Plan of Care based on your loved one’s specific needs.
